Non-refundable deposits for visa processing and reservations: Adult: N100,000, Child (Below 18): N80,000. Outstanding balance is payable after visa issuance.

Travel dates: Guests have the flexibility of choosing their own dates.

How to Register:

STEP 1: Reply to this email with the name, address and phone numbers of your company or organization. Attach to your email, scanned copy of passport data page of delegate and a passport photograph on a white background for visa processing.

STEP 2: We will respond to you with details on how to pay the registration fee. Initial deposit of N150, 000 is required before visa processing and the outstanding of N300, 000 is required immediately after visa is issued.

STEP 3: Once the initial deposit is received, we commence the necessary reservations. Visas will be available within a few days of registration. Once visa has been issued, the conference registration details, the electronic visa, hotel and other information are mailed to registered delegates.

Registration Deadline:
Registration deadline for the Conference is Friday 28th January, 2022. Applications will be treated on first come, first served basis.
