VISIT PARIS IN THE EASTER OF 2023
Reservation for our exciting family trip to Paris for the Easter of 2023 has commenced. This package includes entry tickets to Disneyland in Paris for kids. Adults and solo travelers are also welcome on this trip.

Reservation is on a first come, first served basis. France Visa appointment in Abuja is now available to first time travelers to Europe but it needs to be booked months in advance.

Flight Tickets are not included: Flight tickets can be requested after the Visa has been approved, rate will depend on airline choice and

Booking requirements for the package:
The following should be received before the booking deadline:
Data pages of the international passport of all traveling family members.
Non-refundable reservation and travel insurance of N160, 000 per adult (18 years and above) and N120, 000 per Child (below 18 years)
Completed Visa information form for all adults (18 years and above). Copy of the form can be requested through email mavlonconsult@gmail.com.
If you have a valid Schengen Visa
If you have a valid Schengen visa, the total package per adult is N450, 000, N850, 000 for a couple and N250, 000 per Child. 50% deposit is required to secure your reservations before the deadline.
Reservation deadline:
The booking deadline is Friday, 27th January 2023. Note however, that it is strongly recommended that booking be made as soon as possible to get a visa submission appointment cover the visa processing time.

Interested applicants will be required to appear in person for documents submission and biometrics. Documents required are proof of
registered business or occupation and Proof of funds in terms of Bank Statements. Prior Travel experience is an added advantage.
A fee of N45,
000 will be collected directly by the embassy representatives on the day of the biometrics data capture. Note that this fee will also be deducted from the total package after visa is issued. All visa fees are non-refundable.
Duration of Visa is a minimum of 1 month and up to 3 years for frequent travelers.

The next 2022 Multidisciplinary Conference in Barcelona, Spain will be taking place from 22nd to 26th August 2022.
The Conferences are organized by Eurasia Group and will be taking place at Pompeu Fabra University Campus in Barcelona, Spain. HOW TO REGISTER
Interested delegates should:
STEP 1: Send an email to mavlonconsult@gmail.com with a scanned copy of their passport data page, quoting the registration reference of the conference they are interested in. This step should be completed immediately so that we can book your biometrics appointment on time.
STEP 2: In response, delegates will be required to pay a non-refundable Conference registration, reservations and travel insurance fee of N180, 000. Note that this fee is part of the total package of N480, 000. Payment method will be sent once we receive the data page in step 1 above
STEP 3: On receiving the data pages and payment, we shall send the visa information form to the delegates, this will enable us complete the visa processing and schedule your biometric and submission appointment
IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION
Spain visa application does not require interview.
Visa information and service is only available to delegates who register for the conference on or before the registration deadline.
