Portugal has resumed collection of applications for Long Stay Visa , D1 work Category for the year.

Here is our updated package for Portugal employment this month.

The package covers: Valid Job offer, Portugal Work Permit, Accommodation, D-Work Visa. All the benefits of an European Work permit are applicable.

The Offer

Agricultural and Warehouse Workers (Farm Product Packaging), Lisbon : Average Salary per month: 900 - 1100 Euros, Minimum working hours per week: 40 hours; Allowances: Accommodation and Medical Insurance is to be provided by the employer.

The Visa:

The initial Visa issued to work permit holders inPortugalis usually 6-12 months. On arrival inPortugal, workers are expected to apply for their Temporary Residence, which has a duration of 1-2 years (renewable).

Please note that this package does not cover family Visa applications, however, we can provide guidance on this once you have your Residence Card. Your employer will provide support for your TRC applications once you are inPortugal. This is not covered in the package.

Processing Fees and Payment Plan (Adjusted in Euros):

Initial Deposit– €500 (Registration Fee)

 A registration fee of €500 is required to commence the process.

 This fee becomes non-refundable once a job offer letter or employment contract has been issued.

 If no job offer letter or contract is received, the fee remains fully refundable.

Second Deposit– €1,500 (Work Permit / Ministry Approval)

 A second payment of €1,500 is required for the processing of the work permit or

approval from the Ministry of Foreign Employment.

 This fee is refundable if the work permit or contract approval is not granted.

 Once the work permit or contract has been approved, this fee becomes non-refundable.

Visa Documentation & Embassy Fees– €800

 This covers visa related expenses including legalization, appointment booking, visa fees,

super-legalization, and other embassy charges.

 This fee is paid towards embassy processing and is strictly non-refundable under all

circumstances.

Final Balance

 The remaining balance of the total package will only be payable upon successful visa

approval

Processing timelines: 6-12 months.
