The package reservation will run fromJuly 26th to August 1st, 2025, and it covers:

Data pages of the international passport of all traveling family members.
Non-refundable reservation and pre-paid tour ticket fees of N350,000 per person.
Completed Visa information form for all adults (18 years and above).

Reservation shall be deducted from total package cost after Visa issuance.
If you have a Valid Canada Visa, the total package is as follows:
Adult: N1,500,000 Adult Sharing: N1,100,000 Child: N700,000
Booking deadline:
Offer is valid through January 2025.Applications will be treated on first to come, first served basis in order to enable us meet up with visa processing times which is quite long.
Very Important updates:
All applicants above 12 years will be required to appear for biometrics data capture.
Biometric Visa fee will be required after uploading of Visa application and Documents. The Biometric Visa fee is 140USDollars per person. Children and applicants who have done Biometrics before will pay a Visa fee of 100USDollars. Note that this fee is not part of the total package
Reservation fees will be deducted from the total package upon Visa issuance.
Kindly note the following new Compulsory Visa requirements:
Proof of funds:Bank statement of 6 months with minimum balance of N10 Million for adult and N5 Million per child at the new exchange rates.

Home Ties:Proof of any two the following: High paying job, Business with high turn over, Asset such as Landed property and Investment, Family ties such as Spouse and Children.
Travel experience is no longer listed as a compulsory requirement but it is an added advantage. Strong home ties is required for Visa approval.
Candidates who were issued Visa in the last quarter demonstrated ownership of assets such as Houses, Land, Farm Lands, Shares e.t.c.

All visa applications will be submitted online. Digital copies of required documents will be requested later with the online biometrics data/visa fee of 140 USDollar. If you have done data capture within the past 10 years, the fee is 100USDollar.Note that this fee is NOT included in the total package.
Applicants are now given a period of 30 days to complete their biometric data capture.
Duration of Visa may depend on the expiry date of the passport and the maximum duration is 10 years.
Visa information and service is only available to delegates who register for the conference on or before the registration deadline
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference registration fee and reservation fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Conference registration fee payment details will only be provided to interested delegates, who have provided the other registration documents as stated above.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of Visa refusal, processing delays or for other reasons, delegates have the option of attending the conference online and receive their electronic certificates of attended with the paper presentations.
