Registration for the USA version of the Business Expo and Conference has commenced.

The Expo is scheduled to take place in San Diego, California, USAon18th September, 2025.

The Business Expo is one of America’s biggest and most anticipated business-to-business networking event, trade show & conference for business owners, entrepreneurs, start-ups, decision-makers or anyone who works for a small business or is interested in starting a Small Business. The event will take place at Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, California, USA.

The total package for the Expo covers:
Visa processing for 5 years Business and Tourism Visa
USA interview appointment booking fees
Conference registration tickets
4 nights Hotel Accommodation

Flight tickets and Visa fee is not included in the package. Visa fees are to be paid directly to the embassy through First Bank.

How to register:
To register for this conference, delegates must:

Step 1: Send an email to mavlonconsult@gmail.com with a scanned copy of their International passport data page.

Step 2: In response, delegates will be required to pay a non-refundable conference registration of N450, 000. The deposit covers, Conference registration fee, reservations and interview appointments. Note that this fee is part of the total package of N1, 800,000, 000. Payment method will be sent once we receive the data page in step 1 above

Step 3: On receiving the data pages and payment, we shall send the visa information form to the delegates. Our Office will generate invoice and instruction for payment of Visa fees and send to Candidates.This will enable us complete the visa processing and US visa appointment schedule for the delegates.

Kindly note that applications will be treated on first to come, first served basis

For delegates who already have USA visa, the total package is N1,400, 000. At least 50% of this amount is required to secure registration before the deadline

IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION

1) Virgin passport holders have been issued USA Visas on successful Visa interviews. Virgin passport holders can apply, however this is not a guarantee for Visa issuance.

2) If your USA Visa expired within the last 4 years, and you have not been refused Visa afterwards, then you qualify for interview waiver (Drop Box). Copy of expired Visa should be sent along with Data page of passport

3) This is not a family package, you cannot add children to this package
