This is to notify you that registration for the 2025 summit of the Offshore Technology Conference, OTC2025, has commenced. The event will hold from5th to 8th May 2025.
The 2025 Offshore Technology Conference will be taking place at NRG Park, Houston Texas. USA. The OTC is the largest Oil and Gas event in the world. It is for all stakeholders in the Oil and Gas sector including Marketers, Engineers, Scientists, policy makers, distributors and new entrants into the Oil and Gas industry. The event will be attended by industry giants such as British Petroleum, Shell petroleum, Saudi Aramco, Chevron and the rest. The program will feature, exhibition, presentations, awards and seminars on recent trends and development in the Oil and Gas sector.

How to register:
To register for this conference, delegates must:
Step 1:Respond to this email with a scanned copy of their passport data page.
Step 2:In response, delegates will be required to pay a non-refundable invitation letters, appointment booking and reservation fee of N260, 000.
Step 3:On receiving the data pages and payment, we shall send the visa information form to the Delegates. Delegates should complete this form and return to us with a copy of theirB1/B2 Visa fee receipt. The visa fee can be paid at any GTBank with a valid international passport.
Kindly note that applications will be treated on first to come, first served basis
For delegates who already have USA visa, the total package is N1,200, 000. At least 50% of this amount is required to secure registration before the deadline
IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION
1) Virgin passport holders have been issued USA Visas on successful Visa interviews. Virgin passport holders can apply, however this is not a guarantee for Visa issuance.
2) Appointment dates can open in Lagos or Abuja. Candidates should be aware that we will book the earliest available interview slot opened by the embassy, irrespective of location.
3) If your USA Visa expired within the last 4 years, and you have not been refused Visa afterwards, then you qualify for interview waiver (Drop Box). Copy of expired Visa should be sent along with Data page of passport
4) This is not a family package, you cannot add children to this package

Registration Requirements:
Interested delegates are required to provide:
1) Data page of international passport, with the reference code of the applicable conference.
2) Name and address of their company or organization with phone numbers of delegates.
3) The Conference acceptance letters and Registration fees of N
The registration/reservation is done on first come, first served basis.
Conference registration fee shall be deducted from the total package cost, the balance is what is payable after Visa has been approved.
Visa Requirements:
Delegates will be provided the Visa information form upon registration. Visa Registration form should be filled and returned with a copy of the US Embassy Visa fee receipt, to initiate the Visa interview appointment booking process.
To pay your Visa fee, Visit any GTBank or GTBank app. Select B1/B2 Visa category. Your international passport will be required for the payment
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference registration fee and reservation fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
In case of Visa refusal, processing delays or for other reasons, delegates have the option of attending the conference online and receive their electronic certificates of attended with the paper presentations.
Conference registration fee payment details will only be provided to interested delegates, who have provided the other registration documents as stated above.
